Returning payment to individual

Bug;

I received a payment via a payment link I sent to someone.
I went to refund the payment so found the earlier transaction and clicked on the pay this person back.
It stated all details matched (obviously because I had received from that person earlier) so entered the amount to send back …….
Error stating “we don’t think that payment went through, it is best to go back to Home Screen and check”
It didn’t go through, so thought there was a connection problem, repeated but same error happened.
I then requested the individuals bank details and entered manually and payment went straight through.

I saw this when my account was frozen after receiving multiple (5) payments from friends via the link in one day

The app acts like nothing is wrong with errors are are deliberately not describing the problem. You would imagine they would check into it in the background, but no, you have to ask on chat to have the ball start rolling. If this is the case give chat a message

Is your card working for other purchases? Can you make transfers to other payees?
