Quite the opposite in fact… I was able to update my account details from my SAP login in less than a minute. This from a very large company that ‘upgraded’ us to Win7 after support for Win XP ended 3 years ago. I was pleasantly surprised.

I’ve no idea what a SAP login is…
Some of the tech-centric jargon within other replies is baffling too. It feels like I’m reading the script from an episode of Mr. Robot, without the visuals to fill in the blanks for me. 
I’d just like a button in the app, to request a paper statement of my last 30 days’ activity, with a low charge (of maybe 50p) incurred for the request. 
That’s not so good.
SAP is a software company. They make software that some companies use to do HR and payments etc.
