Dear Monzo Support Team,

I am writing to request your assistance with my Monzo account. Despite receiving an email from Lamarr confirming that my account has been approved, I am still unable to proceed with ordering a card due to the “We’re confirming your details” message in the app.

Could you please help resolve this issue and update my app status to reflect the approved account? I would greatly appreciate any guidance on the next steps to complete the sign-up process and receive my Monzo card.

Delete the app.

Restart your phone.

Reinstall the app and be sure to use the ‘already have an account’ option (or whatever it says) and login using your email you signed up with.
