Reorder Card

I haven’t get my card yet, and when I want to reorder the new card, the button in the app doesn’t work.

There seems to be a slight delay, continued from during the pandemic (which tbf is very valid now still with the strikes) that it doesn’t let you actually re-order another card until x days after when it says.

You can either wait or speak to Monzo.

Help section > Search “Contact” > Press “Contact us”

Also note royal mail have been on strike so this will add additional time to home long it could take to get to you

I’d be looking at delivery issues from the royal mail centre. Not had any issues with card deliveries otherwise, and not seen anything to indicate internally there’s any problems.
