Reorder card button

Hi, it’s been more than 4 days since the last day of the period at which my card should’ve arrived. The app is telling me to reorder one. I’ve been trying to reorder one for the last 4 days and the button just doesn’t work. I don’t know if to expect one on the way or i still need to reorder one somehow! also couldn’t get help anywhere else so I’m trying this forum…

Can you get to the help section yet? If you can, search contact and then you can ask support.

There seems to be a lag from when it says you can reorder to when you actually can, so in a day or so it shouldn’t you reorder.

Ah, I’ve been trying to find a way to contact support for a few days now. Just found it. Thanks!
