My Monzo has not arrived (was due by 26 Dec) and the « reorder » button showing in the help topic isn’t working. When I click it nothing happens, only the activate card one works. Any advice?!
It will have been delayed due to Christmas holidays. The reorder button doesn’t work until a few working days after the date. It’ll probably turn up in the next few days

There’s only been 3 days of post since then, plus the backlog. So it might still arrive in a day or two.
FWIW my other half’s replacement card turned up like 2 weeks after it was meant to – I expect it’s the Christmas backlog at RM
Hi all, I’m having the same issue with my card not arriving and the reorder card button not working. My card was due to arrive between 15-19th Feb…Any help would be much appreciated!
You need to speak to support.
Search for “Contact” in the help section.
