I closed my account in May 2018 but have decided to come back to Monzo. On downloading the app and clicking the link sent to my email, it has brought up all of my old details rather than allowing me to set up a new account.
Apparently my card is frozen. I have requested a replacement card but on attempting to access certain links in the app, I’m told my account is closed. Can anyone advise?
