i closed my account last year but was wanting to switch back to it cause not really liking starling anymore. I emailed customer support but have yet to receive a response. Need help.

If you used the Current Account Switching Service out of Monzo you will need to open a new account. If so, try opening a new account, l hit an issue with phone number validation that took a few exchanges with CS - but all sorted. My new account was open a couple of hours later.
I had issues with phone number verification but for my customer serves sorted in 1 day but for you issues really all you can do is email or phone them for a fast replay try phoning them.
