I want to re-open a closed Monzo account which monzo has closed themselves but i am really liked the bank and would really love to have it re opened?
have you any idea why Monzo closed your account ? or did they just randomly close it .

Hi @Al-hamzah. If Monzo closed your account without you requesting it, I’m afraid it’s unlikely that your account can be reopened.
If you requested your account to be closed, then you can signup through the app. If you’re having trouble with this, I’d suggest speaking to Monzo directly to help.
Either way, we’re just regular users on here like you, and we can’t help you reopen your account.
