Is it possible to reopen a closed account, in a 24 hour period?
Email help@monzo.com. They can reopen voluntarily closed accounts without any problems. If you used CASS the process is different as an account that’s been switched away can’t be reopened, so you need to email them and ask them to change the email & phone number on your old account so you can sign up again as a new customer.

You need to wait 30 days before they’ll reopen it
You mean closing it after 5 whole minutes was the incorrect decision

The user was testing the UX to see if it will be easy to quit the bank.

Seems easier than quitting Revolut - they won’t let me leave as my accounts are not “zero” which they are
