Hi folks,
I was latchy on cancelling my weekly hello fresh box this week - i only realised when PING monzo took the payment at 3pm.
No drama as they said they will issue me a refund in 24 hours. This gets paid by my virtual card though, i trust that is okay when it comes to refunds, will just go back into my main monzo or back into the pot where the virtual card is linked to?
This happened to me before when i bought a physical item and returned it, i think the refund took about 6-7 weeks!
