Hi recently had a refund for some concert tickets but they refunded it to my old monzo card which was lost and replaced. How can i get my funds?
Been over 2 weeks since it was issued and assumed Monzo would credit to my new card details.

It should automatically go to your account. My guess is that Monzo haven’t received the refund. Check with Monzo, though.

Your refund would arrive into your account, your old card number will still route to your account.
May be worth checking with whoever sent the refund, and clarify their timeframes as a refund should arrive within 7 days generally.
