Please select the Help tab at the bottom right of the Monzo app and search for ‘Contact Us’, select ‘Contacting Support’ and then choose the option to ‘Chat with Us’. Make sure you include as much information as possible - someone from Monzo should get back to you as soon as possible.
Can you post what Airbnb said, excluding any personal data?
