Hi, I’ve just activated my Monzo Plus card. I’m expecting refunds due from the old card will they still be processed.

The new card is linked to the same account ur old card was on so u wont have any issues there

Ive had refunds and had no problems what so ever
I asked a few months back and here’s the answer I had direct from Monzo. The money did indeed arrive as expected. Some legacy banks don’t seem to support this though.

I’ve never known a “legacy” bank to not support this. Pretty sure it’s all done at the card network level.
