Refund on Cancelled Card

Hi, I’ve just activated my Monzo Plus card. I’m expecting refunds due from the old card will they still be processed.

I asked a few months back and here’s the answer I had direct from Monzo. The money did indeed arrive as expected. Some legacy banks don’t seem to support this though.

I’ve never known a “legacy” bank to not support this. Pretty sure it’s all done at the card network level.
