I recommended a friend to Monzo, she got her £5 welcome bonus after using her card for the first time but I’ve not received mine.
I don’t know how to look into this. Can anyone help?

In the app, go to Help, search “contact us” and then speak to Monzo.

If memory serves, it can take a few days for this to be paid out, and won’t always be the same time as your counterparts payout.
