You also need to be aware that if someone else had begun their sign-up process with another user’s link with their e-mail address, you will not be able to claim the reward.
If you are sure that it has not been used by another person, and that the person being referred has made their first payment with their Monzo card, you should contact Monzo using the in-app chat function.
