I have been asking my partner for months to join Monzo , he has finally agreed so I sent the link but I have not received the referral reward. It states it has not been granted even though he has completed all steps ? Anyone know why ?

They probably didn’t use your referral link properly but if they definitely have and they’ve definitely completed all the steps then that’s one you’ll need to take up with Monzo. Good luck.
