I have a Monzo account in my name only. Today my husband received a Monzo card in the post. Looks totally legit, the same as my card, same envelope etc but he hasnt applied for a Monzo account. He doesnt have the app at all. Any ideas? Currently on hold with monzo.

Definitely ensure support freeze the account or at least the card, monzo sometimes allows users to add their card to Google/Apple pay before the card arrives if it definitely wasn’t him then someone has likely stolen his identity and opened an account.
What was the outcome of this @Jayray87, interested to know if Monzo said it was an identity theft case?
