Did not receive my card

The app is asking me to enter my card information.

Obviously it assume I received my card already.

However I did not get my card in the mail yet .

I think it may have gotten lost.

Can you send another card?

First question, how long has it been since you ordered the card?

If it’s more than, say, three or four days ago, you’ll have to talk to support using the in-app chat or help@monzo.com. They’re much better equipped to help with account specific issues such as this. :+1:

Good spot, is the app asking for full card information from a debit card to make the initial topup or just the short number in the bottom left of a Monzo card to activate it?
