Quidco payouts

Hi all,

Has anyone had issues with BACS payments, specifically quidco being paid into their account? I requested the cash out about 17 days ago and got an email on Monday saying I had been paid but I still haven’t seen anything come into my Monzo account from Quidco.

Any thoughts?

Might be worth getting in touch with support through the in-app chat or contacting quidco

you might have to double check your ACC details they sent it to, I’m with quidco as well and had no problems with BACs from them got the money within 3 working days
