Quesions about card delivery time

I signed up and applied for a card delivery on June 29th, and after that I realized the postcode is not so appropriate (It’s uni but not dorm reception)(UK address). So I re-applied another one on July 10th, and till now the status is “The card’s arriving soon”.

I’m wondering if all I can do is waiting :frowning: Is that normal for Royal Mail?
