‘Problems’ with ISA withdrawal transaction

Has anyone else experienced significant delays with getting your money following a sale of ISA stocks and shares? I was told 3-7 days to process but it’s now been 2 weeks and according to supports it’s just ‘problems’ they’re experiencing with no timeline given on when it’ll be fixed or when I’ll get my money.

The pessimist in me assumes someone is trying to hold on to cash as long as they can given how little information they provide about the ‘problem’.

Has seriously changed my mind about investing via Monzo.

Raise a formal complaint.

To be fair, this can happen with any investment platform. I’ve waited 3 weeks for proceeds of sale with other platforms in the past. It often depends on the broker that they are using to buy and sell your funds.
