I have had my monzo card added to my sky bet for literally years.
I noticed you said “our” so im assuming youre trying to add a joint account card. Could this be a joint account issue? That maybe your arent allowed to register a joint account to a solitary persons betting account?

I don’t know if Gambling block would stop you adding the card, but have you checked that is disabled?
Thank you. We have sorted it now. 
What was the issue? Just in case other people have the same problem, knowing how to fix it would be good knowledge to share here.
