Hi there,
I completed a withdrawal on the 15th December and the money has never arrived in my account. I spoke to the provider (SkyBet) who provided me with an ARN number and asked me to contact yourselves. I’ve contacted Monzo via the help email but haven’t yet heard a response back. This also makes me worry that this may have happened to me in the past but I hadn’t noticed… this is slightly worrying as it’s an issue I’d never faced with my previous bank.
Any ideas?
