We are currently experiencing an outage on the prepaid card.

Payments will fail and some declined transactions might display as successful in your app, top ups and Monzo-Monzo payments might return an error. Please be reassured your money is safe and if transactions have failed you won’t be left out of pocket.

Looks like we’re back.

If anyone has any jankiness in the app due to trying to use the card during the outage (approx 6:55pm to 7.15pm) then please get in touch through in-app chat :grinning:
