Hi, when I am trying to create an account when it asks for a mobile number it says ‘phone number already in use’ which I think must be because I had an account with Monzo previously. Can somebody help me please?
If you had an account with Monzo previously then you can’t create a new one yourself.
You need to call or email them and they’ll sort it for you
If you follow these steps you might be able to reopen your old account:
