hi my phone has a low res camera, to the point where it can’t photograph my passport or drivers license with a sufficient resolution to satisfy monzo’s ID check on creating a new account. is there another way to give monzo images of my ID ? I have high res images of them scanned onto my PC. I could move the images from my PC onto my phone. Then perhaps could send them to monzo account creation?
Give help@monzo.com an email on the email you used to sign up. I believe they may be able to help out.

Have you got a friend whose phone you could use to sign up and do the ID check on, and then log in on your phone when you get to the waiting for the verification bit?
