PayPal transfer to card

hey,
is there a reason it takes pretty much 15 min for funds to appear in my account when I do a PayPal withdrawal?
I know a time is not guaranteed but it’s pretty much 15 to the second.

my previous bank (and testing I’ve done with a 2nd account plus asking friends) all usually get the funds with 2-3 min.

just curious.

If it’s a new payment souce PayPal may be doing additional checks - I’d ask PayPal but I think you’ll struggle to get any meaningful answer.

Monzo show it in your account as soon as they see it.
