I’m using the iOS app. I have a personal and a shared account.
Switching to the Payments tab always sets the “from” account to my personal account, even if I’m “zoomed in” to the joint account.
Have you considered automatically setting the “from” account based on which account is selected?
Reproduce:
- Have at least two Monzo accounts in the app.
- From the Home Screen, select payments. Note which account is selected as “from” for the payment in the dropdown at the top of the screen. Let’s call this the default account.
- Go back to Home Screen. Select an account that is not the default account. Let’s call this the other account.
- Select payments.
- The “from” account is the default account, not the other account.
