Payment Limits

Hi All,

I am new to Mondo and have a question regarding the transaction limits. I am going on holiday in September and I have to pay for my hotel on arrival in euros. The total value of the transaction will be over £2000. I can see in the terms that there is a single transaction limit of £1000. Is there anything stopping me asking the hotel to charge me in two separate transactions ie. one for £1000 and then another for the remaining amount?

You should be able to split the transaction into multiple ones. Each one within the limit.

yep I did when paying in Austria as long as it doesn’t go over £1000 in each transaction there was no problem
