I’ve had a search and couldn’t find the answer…
After 7 months unemployment I had to set up a Default Payment Plan on my Flex.
As I am now working and able to pay in full I want to pay it off, but there is no option in the app?
Any ideas?
If I understand correctly these are manually done unique on a per customer basis, so anything regarding it, needs to be dealt with in the same manner.

Evening, Yes, they had to do it manually over chat… a bit annoying as it took most of the day to keep telling them that YES I wanted to do it! But done now.
Otherwise great service. The only Credit Card that has accepted my unemployment was unexpected and allowed me to pause, then repay, rather than simply cancelling the card.
Monzo understood the circumstances you were under, which is great
