Yup looks like it. @Revels , You’re right, best to ignore.
Been down to the local shop. Handed my card over and the cash. The shopkeep processed the transaction and gave me a receipt. A few minutes later, it is on my account. I find Paypoint far handier than the post office (Queuing right out the door most times) and going into the local shop helps the local economy too… so it’s a win-win situation for me

Yep this exactly, so much better and convenient especially around my area, retailer gets that extra foot fall as well.
