Recently, I built up around £12 of overdraft charges. It was my own fault, I haven’t really been paying attention to my monzo app recently as I’ve been focusing on building amex points.
I don’t really need the overdraft at the moment so I’ve turned it off. However, it can be quite handy. As someone who doesn’t check their app all the time is their a notification system to let me know when I’m going to be charged for it?

I think it’s the 1st of the month.
You normally also get a notification if you make a payment and it puts you below £0 to say put money in before midnight or overdraft fees will be charged.

I think I need to have a play with the notifications on my phone because I didn’t get any of these through. It is most definitely my phone not the app. - N
