I too have difficulties. My pin didnt work yesterday and today I can’t send any money. Monzo please sort it out urgently and let us know what is going on.
Takes at least 10 minutes to turn the bank off and on again

Can’t search in the help topics atm so can’t access chat.
Pizza disaster averted. I had my credit card saved to Google pay as well so didn’t need to go hunting for my other cards.

Couldn’t of happened at a worse time for me!! 
I’ve just gone on and it worked about 20 mins ago but now nothing is working! I’m supposed to get an early payment Tommorow, hope it works!!!
Must be a fairly serious outage to knock off app services as well as card payments. Someone powered off all their hypervisor hosts?

I can’t seem to login to web.monzo.com either.
Yes, it’s times like these when alternative payment options are a godsend. I have a VISA and an Amex in addition to my Monzo Mastercard, for this very reason.
