Is it really a badge of honour to be ignorant to popular culture?
I can’t stand the man (comedian, yeah right!) but I know who he is.

Seems to be, it’s usually followed by a comment about being too old.
Must be my kids keeping me young.
It reminds me of this one guy I work with who insists he doesn’t know who Rihanna is. He does.
or people genuinely don’t know who someone is. I have not heard of him either but that is probably because i have not watched live tv outside of the football for the last 10-15 years
Rumour has it recruitment intake is wild at the moment, so let’s hope so.
I’m 158 and I know who he is.
He’s mostly famous for hosting the Masked Singer.
But he also moved in comedy circles before that, so I’ve come across him on various panel shows.
He did a show from home with his wife during COVID, which I quite enjoyed.
And some of my wording earlier may not have been best chosen given that one aspect of his early fame was that he was catfished and had an incriminating video leaked on the internet as a result.
tl;dr, Joel once showed his Dommett on the internet.
Biggest issue I see is nobody under 30 watches live TV anymore and they are probably the key target demographic.
I think that’s why they’ve looked at other methods of advertising - such as YouTube/Spotify etc
Love the transparency and info about this. Looking forward to seeing it all play out.
So, the big question I’ve got is, can I buy a Monzo plushie?
Thanks
Nope.
Yes you can second hand. Can you afford it? Probably not.
assumptions. Never been able to see a second hand one, but I would pay a fair price
This will be fun to watch
I’ll do it for 100,000x less
Actually I wonder if it would fetch as much as a Mr Blobby costume
You’re cheap!
Now’s your chance @michaelw90!
