I think given our persistent communication over the last month and the in app flows, it is very clear why a card isn’t working :wink:

I’m not sure how many extra staff will be working - I will see if I can find out

I thought Monzo was meant to be a satanic cult? Shouldn’t we be stoning them to death or cutting mysterious triangles into their skin? Unfriending seems a bit PG-13 :smiley:

I understand our poem by Harry Ashbridge (author of the Tone of Voice) was particularly successful:

An ode to upgrading

There was once a young bank called Monzo

An evil way to get them to upgrade would be to add a random % or declined transactions a month before the deadline and ramp up the % every day. :smiling_imp:

I dunno, maybe there are too many people left on the prepay card that have not switched and there might be a last minute few days grace given to finally get them over?
