I have not received my first card although it should have arrived a week ago. I can find a button to order a replacement card but it doesn’t work. Has anyone found the same problem?
There’s a lag between when you can re-order and when the button lets you re-order.
If you want a couple of days, the button will work.
Please can you contact our CS team so they can double check the finer details before issuing you a new card, there may be an address formatting error perhaps the reason for not receiving your first card.
