I can't order new card

Trying to replace a lost (and soon to expire) card. The app asks me to confirm name and address but then fails on the next screen which flashes up “Confirm information and order card” before being replaced by “Sorry about this Something’s gone wrong. Try again later.” Numerous retries over a couple of days produce the same result. What should I do next?
