I hate that these threads always tend towards faux outrage on behalf of others. It would be much simpler if people simply spoke on their own behalf and left the feelings of other to others.

If the OP had made an argument in support of the emoji and tagged the CEO I doubt you’d have made the same childish reply. I don’t agree with tagging the CEO in any post either.
I’m not out to argue with anyone but it goes back to the point I made in my first post on this thread. Any discussion about diversity always causes arguments because people just cant handle it.
