Opening an account after a previously closed current account

I used to have a Current Account with Monzo that I closed earlier this year. I’d now like to open a Business Account instead, but I can’t get past a certain point in the sign-up process because it says my mobile number exists on another account. Anyone know what steps I need to take to be able to proceed with the application?

You’ll have to contact Monzo support (help@monzo.com) to request removal of your phone number from the historical account.
