Hi, is anyone else facing issues where you approve an online payment but it still doesn’t go through and the merchant says it’s the bank’s error? I couldn’t even buy something on the Google Play Store today and it’s happened the other day with a few other online merchants.
If the decline doesn’t show up in the Monzo app, it’s likely to be either merchant or MasterCard. I didn’t have any issues topping up smarty mobile earlier today.
Ah, that is interesting. Yeah, they are not showing up in the Monzo app. I hope it’s a Mastercard issue as multiple merchants are not working.
