I have just tried to move some money into monzo but used presaged details and it looks like it may have been sent to the old pre paid card account anybody know what will happen or do you have the sort code for the old card I sent it to sort code 205942

Get in contact with support using in-app chat with all the details you have about the account you sent it from and they’ll have a look around for it!
At minimum, we should be able to send it back, even if it takes a little while.
