Notifications when direct debits setup

Bit strange, when my new direct debits have setup I had notifications on my iPhone.

Now I’m not getting them at all ?

Do you mean you’ve set up new direct debits and not had notifications or not having them appear on your feed every month?

I had to get my Southern Water DD fixed twice (as they cocked up both times on a change!)

Got an Android notification first time, but not second time

That was a couple of months back. Was a bit perplexed at the time, but made no more of it

Maybe there has been a change (not a welcome one personally if so)

I have notifications when brand new direct debits are set up but if one I’ve cancelled is set up again then I don’t get a notification
