How long have you waited? Cards take around five days to arrive.
If it takes longer you’re going to need to contact the bank through the app, as it’s just normal customers on here.

It takes 5 working days to arrive and Monzo advise just reordering through the app if it hasn’t arrived. See the below help article.
I’d double check your address is correct in the app too and that you didn’t make a typo or anything when registering
