Thanks again Rat_Au_Van it worked in the end although I had to do the vid again.
Presumably there is no longer a need to load money in whilst completing the application process as I wasn’t;t asked too!

No and for future users information I checked everything else and mic and speakers worked on other apps/Utube etc. But worth pointing out that even though I couldn’t hear anything it was accepted.

Hmm, that’s odd! At least it went through. There may have been sound on our end. 
And no need to complete a top up Charlie until you’ve activated your card
