I recently applied for the Customer Service Advisor role at Monzo, but I never received a confirmation email after submitting my application. I waited a while thinking it might come through later, but nothing showed up—even after checking my spam folder.
I’m confident I entered all my details correctly as I always proofread my applications before sending them off. I was planning to reapply today just to be safe, but I noticed the role has since been taken down.
Does anyone know how I can get in touch with the recruitment team to follow up on this? Or know what I can do in regards to this.
