No access to my Monzo account

Hey all,

I opened a Monzo account about 2 years ago but have not used it for 1+ years as I left the UK. I just tried to access my account but without any luck. I still remember having some money on this account, which I would love to withdraw. What can I do?

If for whatever reason you can’t log into your account you will need to telephone Monzo or email them. Nobody on here can help restore your access.

Was it a prepaid account or current account?
