Getting a new phone tomorrow. After I download the monzo app, what info do I enter to log into my ACC?

New number or old number? (Can’t remember if this matters!)

Otherwise it will just be the email you signed up with and magic link procedure.

Download the app, and log in. Make sure you don’t try to sign up for a new account.

I am getting a virgin phone.i believe they are unlocked to any network

Hi mate,

Just open the app and it will ask you to either set up a new account or login to your account.

Once you click that you have an account it will send you an email. Click on the link in the email and I think that is it.

Make sure you use your phone’s email client to receive, open & tap on the magic link.

I’m pretty sure that you can just use open the email on your phones browser without using the email client.

Regardless of access, it has to be done on your phone.

There is no ‘link’ (magic or otherwise) between a desktop mail app/browser and the Monzo app which is on your phone.

I’m aware… but it doesn’t need to be the phone’s email client.
