Error messages

I’ve updated my app and now nothing seems to be working. I keep getting error messages and the help chat doesn’t work either. I still have the old design on my app too. Can anyone help? Thanks!

Try deleting and reinstalling the app. It sounds like it’s had a blip

The new design is being rolled out to everyone this week so you will have it by Friday

I tried that but no luck! I just can’t update the app at all at the moment

What error messages are you getting?

android or iOS?

‘We weren’t able to update your balance’ and then it freezes. I have an iPhone

Just uninstall it from the home screen.

Try another delete and reinstall? Is your data connection ok when you are downloading it?
