Hello, I’ve just got a new phone and was about to transfer some money for a Xmas present but Monzo has blocked some things on my account. I’ve sent a video thing. Is it done automatically? It’s been about half an hour, not a minute or two.
It varies so nobody can say. It depends if they need to do any additional checks and what those checks are to name a few.
In the mean time you can try using web.monzo.com to see if that’s any better. If not you’ll just have to be patient I’m afraid
